Saving a classic American made table saw from the pit of dispair. If you don't know what the Pit of Dispair is, it is our old shop that happens to be a dingy, dirty, nasty little whole in the wall. This is an old Delta 10" Contractor table saw with a heavy cast iron top. It is not the top of the line Uni-Saw of its day but it is the step below it. These table saws have built many a fine cabinet and were a staple of the American woodshop for many years. With a dual voltage motor, a cast iron top, a belt driven blade...these table saws were made to be used. Again I am not plugging for Delta, I just really enjoy their older woodworking tools.
