Ingredients:
Boneless chicken-150g
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Soy Sauce-1/2 teaspoon
Oil-2 tablespoon
Egg-2
a pinch of salt
Oil-2 teaspoon
Oil-1 tablespoon
Onion- finely chopped-1/2 cup
Carrots- finely chopped-1/2 cup
Capsicum- finely chopped-1/2 cup
Beans- finely chopped-1/2 cup
Garlic -1&1/2 tablespoon-finely chopped
Pepper powder-1 teaspoon
Salt-1 teaspoon ( to taste)
Dark soy sauce-1-2 teaspoon
Vinegar-1 teaspoon
Chicken stock cube-1/2 cube ( optional)
Schezwan sauce-3 teaspoon
Rice-cooked and cooled-4 cups
Method:
1. Cook 2 cups basmati rice with enough salt. Let it cool well.
2. Marinate chicken with pepper, salt and soy sauce.
3. Fry the chicken and keep aside.
4. Scramble 2 eggs.
5. In a wok pan add oil and saute the garlic. Then add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Then add finely chopped vegetables and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce , vinegar, cooked chicken and chicken stock. Mix everything well. Then add the rice and gently stir until combined.
6. Add the scrambled egg and spring onion.
Serve hot.
