Your exercises for the neck were awesome! I’ve have a slight curvature in my back/neck and when I’m stressed I get really bad zings. Since I started doing those exercises I’ve felt awesome. Plus I feel better standing straight with my upper back and neck not hurting! I’m am so going to do these exercises!

Thankyou, thankyou, I lift and shift my severely disabled son whose in his mid twenties and I'm just a short person so I get a lot of back pain. I cant keep taking ibuprofen forever, thankyou again.

I can't thank you enough for these useful videos that you publish. These 3 exercises may have just fixed a mid back/rib cage issue that I have been struggling with for over 3 years, possibly aggravated by wrongly prescribed exercises by the NHS physio service. I have been doing these 3 exercises regularly for 2 weeks only and I alreday feel a lot of pain relief. Thank you, thank you and thank you again! Please keep posting.😊

Glad you posted this. I've been laid up for 4 days now. I moved all our belongings either to storage or to road for trash pickup. My lower back is killing me. I have lumbago. I got the shot last January and lasted til now. Pain meds and muscle relaxers really aren't working this time. I'll give the excersize a try

We really love you =) We are from Russian And send our "Hello!" for you =))) I have another problem and I can't find the answer to how to deal with it. If you put your hands on your pelvis and stretch your thumbs along your back, you will find the points that cause me uncomfortable pain. I can't sit for long. After 15 minutes, I feel pain. I work as a programmer. And I go to the gym and pool 4 times a week.

Difficult to answer as I have not seen you in the clinic. Based on experience I think you are talking about the insertion points of the erector spinae muscles. Try to roll it on a foam roller or use a tennis ball. Find a professional if the pain still persists. Good luck!

Good luck! Just watch the video a few times. There only three exercises to master. You should be able to do this with some persistence.

These are great, unless you have multiple other issues some of which stem from back surgeries and decades of degradation of muscles and joints. Have any for people who can't get on the ground or put weight on either shoulder?

I had an operation to my stomach (4.5 inch scar) a few years ago. I still have pain every now and then. Can or should I have a go at these exercises to help my back? Sit-ups and the likes can bring on the pain.

As these exercises keep the spine neutral, you should be able to do them. Sit ups are notoriously bad for the back. Check out our video: avoid these exercises, do these instead” to see which other exercises you must avoid. Good luck!

Bird dog is one of my favourite yoga poses but my back doesn't like dead bug at all! I will build up to it, more keen to move my legs because I've got permanent nerve damage and weakness on my right leg and my leg is like a lump of ice a lot of the time. Of course the specialist at the hospital made no suggestions to what I could do to help circulation and get some heat in my leg. God forbid a medical pro actually do their job properly

So sorry to hear. One of my patients is a yoga instructor and her problem was that she was doing too much yoga! She tuned it down a bit and problems disappeared!

You might want to do some hip strengthening exercises first. Have you looked at our “7 ways hip” video? Brutally good for increasing hip strength!

Thanks, very helpful. A quick suggestion. Doing just one of the three every day might prove easier for most to introduce and maintain. Psychological mostly. Don't know if it makes a difference.
