The Schroth Method for scoliosis can take a while to learn, but the way we see results from this method is by doing it consistently. One thing most people don't realize though, is the key to Schroth exercises is integrating them!
Using the principles you learn in Schroth positions to effect how you hold your posture at other times is the key. Learning the exercises, and doing them is just the beginning.
The key is to utilize those movements and corrections during things in your life. This can be trained by doing the Schroth exercises, and then immediately following practicing this.
You can also practice this while doing other activities through the day. It isn't "easy", but it will get better results. And...the more you practice, the better you get at it.
