After so many videos we get to the point where we start to actually consider flying 12 hours just for one session with the doc.

I like the little edits that point to the measurements and points of interest on the X-ray. Helps me see what measurements your referring to during your explanation.

idk this comment reminds me of someone giving a lecture and asking what this person did good and did bad. Like: "I like that you spoke fluently without reading off the paper."

@@deitalo0o0o03 I simply commented about a change that I noticed as a way to give feedback, it's a way to improve. In a way, Dr. Rahim is lecturing and that's how I view his videos. That's why I watch - it's interesting and I like learning about it.

All of those notes are just bullshit. He even missed one that she has a spondilolisis. But it's normal, he's not a real medical doctor. STOP consulting these people instead of getting treated by serious meds. Osteopathy is scientifically bullshit

How you do the static palpitation thing, I used a yoga asana to crack those areas and I’m so loose bro. I have never been this loose. I farted so much too doc. Like it was a fart so deep it was lodged in my soul for a decade and had finally relinquished itself from my aching spine and hips. I have like a 80% increase in range of motion now, but now that I have proper mobility I see my explosive power has atrophied from poor skeletal allignment. Now working with bands, foam rollers and wall exercises to strengthen the loosened ligaments I couldn’t even feel before 😭😭😭😭
