I went to art school and was a professional artist back in the day before there were such an abundance of great tutorials. Every method was hard won. Finding good quality information was a chore. I hope people appreciate how lucky they are having a useful resource like this video at their fingertips. Excellent video.

I for one do. Everything I've learned on this topic is from youtube. Also, my career is based on what I learned on the internet and I am happily employed for 12yrs now with what I learned on the internet. I took my colleague degree 7yrs after already practicing (unrelated to sculpting) so I acknowledge the power of information.

And the lack of tools and different mediums, mould making, let alone how to do it. And the expense! I’ve been doing this work for thirty years. This is an excellent tutorial for the planes and proportions of the head. For those novices watching, it’s not as easy as it appears. This sculptor has obviously spent a lot of time studying anatomy so be sure to do the same in order to fully understand what he is doing and why, otherwise you may find yourself frustrated when your results are not as effective as his. Cheers to the artist on a good video.
