@Duanerocks Any time you are in a push up position you are working your core. Doing the rows works your core because you have to hold your upper body in place while you change the weight distribution on your sides. Squatting works your lower core, and having weight above your head and balancing is also a core workout. You don't have to do crunches to have a 6 pack. In fact, burning fat with workouts like these is a quick way to sculpt your abdominals.

That's navy seal mark divine who finished buds fastest in his group.He would still destroy any of you critics in any fitness contest.Hes been known to do 300 burpees a day for a year straight along with his CrossFit workouts.

@johnpinoy2003 its a 20 minute workout and you do as many rounds as possible of 5 reps of man makers and 5 reps bodyblasters. Then repeat until 20 minutes is up. Good luck

Kinda late, but both renegade rows and thrusters work the core. Renegade rows, *mainly* because of the plank-like position you're in, and thrusters because of your core having to use more stabilization throughout the movement due to the weights being in front of you and not behind. The stabilization piece applies to the overhead press in a man maker as well.
