I'm Jen Hilman and I'll be your guide for this short and sweet stretch, to help relieve tension in your neck, shoulders and upper back. Make yourself comfortable in a seat. You could be sitting on the floor or even in a chair, wherever you feel the most comfortable.
Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you. Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.
