Hi there! That’s a interesting point you mentioned so you think the key to having a deadly float is to hit the ball during that sweet spot (sweet spot being right when the ball hits its apex right when it’s done going up and right before it starts to fall?

Thanks again for another great video! I would love to see these in landscape though. Vertical is great for Instagram but not so great for KZitem. I’ll continue watching either way though bc the content is wonderful!

Thank you, I'll try some in landscape for sure. Definitely figuring out how to best see the content. Thank God for decent editing apps. 🙌

Please, do not teach any new learners with 2 hand toss. It make things a lot more complicated than necessary. You know why the girl 's hip was facing the net and her arm did not draw back before hitting? That is right, because she was doing 2 hand toss. With 2 hand toss, there are 2 extra actions to open the hip and draw back the arm, while she is air born. She has no confidence to complete those action within that little time. With 1 hand toss, she would open her hip and draw back her arm before even taking the 1st step. It is a lot more simpler to do learn the 1 hand toss first. Beside, with 1 hand toss, the tossing point is higher, which means slower tossing speed, resulting in more consistent floating. I was the 2 hand tosser for years until an old coach taught me the 1 hand toss. My consistency immediately went up after 2 weeks of practice. Once I got the feel of hip and arm actions, I can mix in 2 hand toss and the consistency is still there.
