Ingredient for 32 large balls:
* Filling:
1 cup + 2 Tbsp = 240 gr mung bean, washed, drained.
Bring to boil 3.1/2 cups water
1 cup of boiling water for adding to the bean later.
1/3 cup = 85 gr sugar
2 gr = 1/2 tsp kosher salt * If using table salt then use less.
1 small tub of vanilla sugar
2/3 cup = 75 gr sweetened coconut flakes
2 Tbsp veg oil
* Dough:
Dry ingredients:
1 bag 16 oz Glutinous rice flour
3 Tbsp = 25 gr corn starch
1/3 cup = 45 gr rice flour
2 tsp = 7,8 gr double acting baking powder
Liquid ingredients:
Almost 1 cup = 150 gr cooked potato
* Cooked potato is a must have ingredient, and please use a correct amount that recipe had recommended.
1/2 + 1/3 cup = 215 gr sugar
1 tsp = 5 gr kosher salt
1 small tub of vanilla sugar
3 Tbsp = 33 gr veg oil
1/2 cup boiling water
Almost 1 cup room temperature water.
* 2/3 cup = 120 gr sesame seeds
* Veg. oil for deep fry, about 1 inch deep of oil in any size of pan that you use.
