2. ROASTED CORIANDER SEEDS - 1 tbsp
3. ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS - 1 tbsp
4. ROASTED DRY RED CHILI - as required
5. GINGER - 2 pcs. 1 inch long
6. SALT - 1 tsp
7. CHOOK AMILO (Concentrate Lemon) - 1 tsp
or Lapsi ko dhulo, Amchur powder
