Nice vid Bill. Totally agree about the front brake. So hard to stop spinning out after years of opening up the left side in the downswing as we all thought this was how to swing left. Limitations are the key and now I have to get rid of 40 years of PGA 🐂💩. Take care 👊🏻

The front and rear brakes are everything! If you get that those correct the downswing is pretty much automatic!

@@abs828 on the back brake you will feel pressure into the trail leg as the pelvis runs into the trail femur, the hips stop as the top of you goes to its longest range of motion. Your backswing will be reduced by doing the braking . So feel on the takeaway that you get about 80% of your pressure not weight and not a shift or slide on the trail leg. You will feel a stretch on the inside of your trail leg when done correctly. Now on the front brake it’s the same thing, get the pressure off the trail brake and shift it to the front leg. If you keep turning with your top half as far as you can on the backswing you will feel the pressure start to move to your lead leg, when you feel that gust get the remaining pressure off the trail brake onto the front brake, as you go into transition. When you feel that happen the hands should be dropping right down your trail leg and when the hands get about hip high you simply turn the top half of you and the arms and club will shoot around the front brake. My suggestion is as I showed with the positions vid do it in slow motion and hit those positions with the description I just gave you in this comment. Feel each position and what the feeling is for each position. Took me several days to get it down but I didn’t try to hit balls or put it all together with full swings, I started out with the positions until I developed the feel for the correct feeling of each position. Then I began by blending them all together with small swings and continued until I could perform the feeling at full speed. Hope that helped. Just realize what you have to practice to get you there, most of my practice was done in the house then I took it to the outdoors when I knew I was able to hit balls.
