My 2022 goals: Gym: Full front lever pull up Touching Single Leg FL PU for reps 10 sec Front Lever 5 HSPU 3 rep by April/May 4 rep by July/Aug Pancake Active Hip Flexor Strength Weekly pancake session Keeping Hips, Knees, & Legs healthy Straddle Press 15-20 Tuck HS Weekly Straddle negatives Lots of shoulder opening stretching KZitem: 2,000 subscribers 1 banger a month Don't do it if it's not fun

@@gustavwenhelseth7681 I'm not quite sure what my plan is for those yet, but they're definitely include seated good mornings, by far my favorite way to gain strength and flexibility for pancake
