I did some research, and I think Simplex is the best system because not only do they have horns and detectors, but also have voice Evac for not only fire but weather, medic, etc. Many things that has that system sensor doesn't. That's why Simplex is my favorite.
@Theexitisrightthere

You can get all of the same things with system sensor (aka Honeywell), they just are under a different name like fire lite for notifier. They also make messages for medic alert and make blank speaker/ horn strobes that you can put custom lettering and a colored strobe lens on. My personal favorite is Honeywell/ fire lite because I think that they have some good quality products.

If the garage door is electric, you could command it to close upon the fire alarm being triggered, that could also help prevent oxygen getting to a fire inside, as well as making the sprinkler functional (keep the one you tested in this video though, so at least it can trigger the alarm).

smoke detectors work by looking for a deflection of light in a dark chamber, the intent is that smoke deflecting light indicates smoke, however physics says its not exclussive to smoke, anything that can get in the chamber refracts light and can trigger it which is the detailed explanation for why false triggers occur
