Recipe :
1 Cup - Chana Dal
Washed and Soaked For 3-4 Hours , Again Washed and Grind it Using
1/2 Cup - Water
Grind it
Green Paste :
1 inch - Ginger
7-8 no - Spicy Green Chillies
3-4 no - Non Spicy Green Chillies
12-15 no - Garlic
Crush in Chilli Cutter
Take a Kadhai and add
1/4 Cup - Peanut Oil
1+1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Above Green Chilli Ginger Garlic Paste
Mix little and add Chana Dal Grinded Mixture
1/2 Cup - Water
Mix Properly
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup - Water
Mix Properly and Close the Lid and Cook for 2-3 Min , Mix again and Close the Lid for 2-3 min , Mix again and Cook for 2-3 Min More
3-4 tbsp - Powder Sugar
1+1/2 tbsp - Lemon Juice
Mix ProperlyServe in Plate
Garnish With Barik Sev
Coriander Leaves Chopped
Pomogranate
Serve With Khaman Chuntey and Onion
Chutney :
1 Cup - Coriander Leaves
1/4 Cup - Mint Leaves
3-4 no - Green Chillies or add as per Spice want
Small - Ginger
1 tbsp - Lemon Juice
1-2 tbsp - Khamani prepared or Khaman Crushed
1 tsp - Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
Grind Coarse or Smoothly
