If I have sleep apnea, but i don't want to wear the sleep apnea equipment. Is there any alternative way to improve my sleep quality? i usually wake up in about 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs

The most evidence-based solutions are CPAP(the equipment) and losing weight( for overweight people). Some suggest using nasopharyngeal airway stent. Some research suggest mouth guard(some dental application that adjust the position of your jaw to keep airway open). It has to be done by certain dentist.

Try taking vitamin b1 and nutritional yeast. It might help.
