Soy sauce mix:
1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp
mushroom dark soy sauce
Some white pepper
3 cups water
3 cloves garlic w/ skin 2 sections tangerine
Some ginger
1 cinnamon
1 star anise
1 oz rock sugar
2 Tbsp MEI KUEI LU CHIEW(Any cooking wine can be use)
