I thought your vid is stinking awesome! Did it "miss" stuff? sure but you gave that in your description, duh; however, you showed me several very specific things that I could not find in the official instructions and you demonstrated several things that they do not do a great job of explaining...ie. the longer bolts, etc. Thanks a ton. Great job. I really appreciate it. Now, tomorrow I can finish my wiring and get some sawdust flying!!!!

Honestly, it's not that bad. I am a total newbie to this, so I had no experience at all. For the most part, the Shapeoko assembly instructions are pretty great. Walks you step by step through the whole process.

We are setting our up now- so far it has taken almost 3 hours and we're almost there. That wire harness is really confusing, but maybe we missed something (ah the clips for the wire sleeving are the key here) I'll get back to ya. LOL (my students are almost as excited as me- hee hee)

Good luck! Once everything is dialed in properly... rail guides set properly, waste board machined level, belts adjusted, etc.. it’s a fun tool !

Not for nothing, the video is o.k., but you lost me at A.) The annoying, repetitive "music," and B.) NO vocal input from you. Some of us like to hear what's going on, since visual is only ONE cue/clue. Thanks for your time though, man.
