Thank you so much for sharing these. I love them and will try them. I fire to a hot cone 6 and my rose quartz isn’t always pink. I have put one coat of clear over it and it really changes the look of the matte.

I’ve been struggling with RQ..I get pink but I get the pin holes…it’s fussy to work with..I hear Ivy and Nebula gives similar problems…I love the look they promise but I seem to have to smash too many! Thanks for the video!!

If you use rose quartz on bright white or porcelain, it is pink (which sucks because I love mid-smooth stone), alternately, you can put it on white glaze and it will be pink 5:42

Hi love your new color mugs previous video . Rose quartz is best for me 3 coats minimal and cone 5 is what it's fired to. Hope this helps thanks for another video. Have a good day

Try adding amaryllis over the Rose Quartz, does not come out very pinky, but gives it a Nice effect. Just tried it out on 2 cups and was very Happy.

Good idea I’m going to try that in the next glaze firing today! So far I haven’t liked amaryllis on anything that I’ve tried!

@@undsethpottery I am not a fan of either, was disappointed when I tried them last year when they came out as I wanted more of a “pink” not orangepink. Good luck, look forward to see your results.

Your colors are amazing, but how do you do your bottoms? Do you leave them natural? What about on bowls or trays? Thanks for sharing 😊
@undsethpottery

I leave them unglazed as the glaze would fuse to the kiln shelf in the firing!

Are you meaning the underglaze that I added! If so yes, I add the underglaze to the bisqued piece
