You might have to do the only "combination" video of all the thermal'redots you saw and rate them. May be a little extra work, but you'll beat all the big channels on it and dramatically multiply your subs and likes. Great stuff. I never knew these things existed.

I know I'll regret asking this, but what's the price for one of those?

@@miltechmoto So, typical govt/le pricing. Did Steiner discontinue the QCT? This one seems based on it.

@cinemantics231 steiner never really put any effort into advertising their optics and I guess some quality control issues that cost them in the rma department. So they stopped for now.

@@miltechmoto Thanks. It will be cool to see how this stacks up against the new Holosun thermals.

Burns through two disposable batteries in less than 7 hrs. Needs to use rechargeables at least if it's that power hungry

That's if you're using the thermal. If you just run the red dot it runs for way longer. And it'll give you a buffer if the battery is exhausted from using the thermal and still run for awhile with just red dot available. But usually rechargeable batteries are not the solution in the field, it's batteries you can quickly swap out for new ones. If you were trying to save money you could probably find a rechargeable cr123a battery, although I'm not sure how good those have gotten in recent years.

@@miltechmoto we have 18350s which would have been a way better choice than primary cells. Maybe even an 18650 or 21700 with an offset battery
