Pincha mayurasana (forearm balance) is a difficult asana to master for many students, due to its complexity .
One needs strength in not only the shoulders but torso and legs- front and back; as well as mobility in shoulders girdle and pelvic girdle. In this series of 4 short videos, I will address the shoulder girdle starting with the mobility- understood as flexibility of the shoulder, and working towards the final pose.
