As always. Soooo helpful. And encouraging. Not to mention motivating. Love your realistic take on moves - and motivation … and and and. 😊. (Point a to point B, so to speak … doesn’t just happen. If it ever even DOES happen. Ty for reminding us that it’s a practice. - and, most importantly, a few times wk practice - as even a “daily” practice in and of itself can be a daunting goal to get the head around as well as even ascertain). And reminding us that we CAN practice yoga daily - “a daily practice” - the involves mind, body, and spirit. Tapping in daily in any which way keeps a “daily practice”. So grateful your channel appeared months back. As someone who practiced the principles of yoga (daily: M,B and spirit) - with a year + hiatus due to health/physical “hiccups…limitations(hate to use that word but it’s fitting)… no coincidences. Your posts and shorts keep popping up in YT when I actually get on … and I can say that I am grateful for you and the universe for showing and guiding me AnD others in the Collective. You’re followed and appreciated SO much. 🙏. Pls keep at it, lady. You help more than you could possibly imagine.

Hi Charlie - I really enjoy all of your videos and you are my favorite KZitem yogi hehe thank you! I have a question, and I would appreciate any advice! Often when I attempt various exercises to work towards forearm stand, I feel a sharp kind of pain that runs through my right shoulder when it is stretched and pressure/weight is applied. If I clasp my hands together vs. keeping my forearms straight with palms on the ground, it relieves some of the pain, but I would like to work towards being able to keep my forearms straight on the ground. Do you have any advice why this is happening only to my right side or what I can do about it? Thank you!!
@CharlieFollows
Жыл бұрын
Hello and thank you for question. Honestly I am not sure why this might be happening as I can't see your practice and don't know your body I am always wary of advising people over the internet. Do you experience the same pain/discomfort in other posters or just when you are working into forearm stand?
