One week with Invisalign and I still haven’t found the most relaxed way to settle my jaw consciously so I end up with tightness stemming from my jaw and in due time expanding to my head and shoulders. Just did this sequence once and made such a big difference immediately…no need OTC pain reliever. Thank you.

You're an absolute Peach I just found your channel and I have subscribed I adore you... I have had issues with my sinuses and chronic laryngitis for I'm guessing two years now going on three and I went to an ear nose and throat because I had mucus buildup in the back of my throat but it wasn't raining and just really simple exercises have really helped me with my problems thank you

I don`t know how much it helps. I`ve been to professional massage for my lower jaw/neck area because of the tmj. I will try doing these daily for a few and see how I feel, but I definitely believe I got too much tension on the upper side of my head. Will see, thanks for posting the video!
