Sigung CST demonstrates the power that can be produced through the release of the Shoulder Girdle. You may also know shoulder power as "Elbow Force", "Heavy Elbow" or "Zhang Dai Lik".
Correct relaxation of the Shoulder Girdle area allows for bodyweight to be transmitted through the arms.
