Sigung CST demonstrates "shoulder power", which is the release of the shoulder girdle area. This allows for greater freedom of movement and significantly increased power.
You may also know Shoulder Power as "Heavy Elbow", "Elbow Force" or "Zhang Dai Lik". It is very difficult to perform Shoulder Power correctly and consistently. I hope students can use this video to get an idea of the appropriate way of releasing the Shoulder Girdle and the corresponding increase in power.
