Seems like my athletes always struggle doing this exercise correctly. Keep your elbow in contact with your ribs. Only rotate outwards as far as you shoulder allows it without stress... Use your opposing hand to provide resistance but very gently. This is about activating the tiny stabilizing muscles not the primary large ones. #nicocoaching #healthylivng #thisis50plus
