Do this 4-5 times a week and do a lot cardio (running, riding bikes, or anything that gets you sweating) and make sure to drink lots of water. This is honestly the best way to get get you're 6 pack to show. Good luck and I hope you meet you're goals

@Arturo Uresti Yes, as a matter of fact. Hadn't been online due to political nonsense lately but I have received some progress. No six pack abs yet but that is mainly due to the fact that I tend to follow a regular schedule and not kill myself in the process so this exercise kinda balances everything for me. :)

Day 1: Feeling okay, think I can do this for 2-5 months. Day 2: Little sore but I’ll keep going. Day 3: Still sore but the lines are showing and my stomach is a bit tighter. Day 4: After cutting a bit on calories my stomach has been leaning also my abs are getting solid. Day 5: Abs lines are getting cut in. Day 6: Not sore anymore abs are developing. Day 7: Definitely seeing results

Dark Max Yes this is. Its not weird he is asking it though. Anything with weights is actually not good at such a young age since the muscles and bones arent fully grown yet. If you do too much or use too heavy weights you can damage your muscles/bones

I do chin ups push-ups mainly just home workout stuff with my 45lb weighted vest and altitude mask on with low calorie diet I guess? Salmon fruits and vegetables mainly but the weighted vest and mask while playing basketball for about 3 hours minimum every single day gave me a really good calisthenics body with under 10% body fat at 6,5 15 years old

Do military presses, lateral pulldowns, rows, shoulder fly to build muscle for the shoulder and chest, but extra strain may make it worse. I'd take omega3 supplements to help with joint pain. The most important thing to do would be to talk to your doctor because I don't even know what a rotator cuff

Hey man, I’m doing this work out every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday and I also threw in sit-ups and other workouts (i do this 3 times a day in my work out days with 30 sit-ups 30 squats and 30 push ups but it’s broken up into three time, doing it once in morning, afternoon and night with an extra 10 reps at the end so I do 100 of the other workouts and 15 minuets of this in total every work out day) I do regularly with going to the gym two times a week. So, if I keep this up... does anyone have an idea If my abs will start to show? I’m 13 by the way

Abs depend on how lean you are, but keep going you'll eventually develope abs, it takes time it doesn't happen over night!
