10 sec hold - feet off ground 8 single leg crunch each side 10 sec hold 8 single leg lifts each leg 10 sec hold 10 knee crunches (knees to chest) 10 sec hold 10 leg lifts 10 sec hold 10 toe touches 10 roll ups ( hands slide to knee) 20 toe touches 20 roll ups 2 single leg crunch & twist 4 plank crunches (butt ups) 4 single leg crunch & twist 8 plank crunches 8 6 inch circles each side 20 second v-hold 20 fast bicycles each side 50 pulsators (feet 6in up & back down as fast as you can)

If you have over 20% body fat it is difficult to produce any visible six-pack, but it is definitely there if you have the ab strength

Thank you so so so much! Been using your normal 5 min ab workout for a little while (not that long, maybe 3 days) and then i stepped up, and tryed to do this one. At first I couldn't finish past 2:15 but then i magically could do it through. Now om doing two of your amazing ab workouts A DAY. The results are soo pleasing for only a week! -This comment tree will be like a work out diary for me- Day 7 I still haven't skipped a day doing this yet. I was already making excuses and telling myself I could skip today while I was walking the dogs but I forced myself to do it again. I'm almost able to do it all without stopping or putting my legs down once. I put my legs down for about two seconds three times during the ten second holds and got maxed out after about twenty-five pulsators.

Thanks Tito Day 10 and I'm nearly able to do the whole thing without stopping. I can feel my form improving and I only put my legs down twice this time during the holds. I can tell my stomach is getting more defined. I'm fitting into pants that I recently grew out of but they're still tight and there's still smaller pants I used to wear.

Day 12 (?) I thought it was day 12 but it might actually be 11. Either way I FINALLY did the ENTIRE workout without resting my legs once on the ten second holds and completed the workout in sync with Brendan with no breaks. Definitely a big milestone. I still haven't skipped a day. Before committing to this workout my abs started out pretty bad, but I can definitely see results. The lower portion of my abs still has a good amount of flab but my top portion is almost only muscle. I'm sure it will all tone up more if I keep this up. It's really awesome that I'm also starting to fit into some of the clothes I got too fat for! It's also neat that a couple of you are reading about my progress :D I wish I took a picture in the beginning but maybe I still should because theres still a long way to go.

Hi, i am 14 years old. My wheight was about 68 Kg and i was 1.60 tall, i wasn't happy with my body because i never feeled good and i was scared to go to the pool with my friends. After the summer springs i started the diet. After about 6-7 weeks i lost 15 kg. Now im starting to get more muscles and once a day, i will get a sixpack too. I already tryed youre 5 min workout before this exercise, it was hard at the beginning but i did it. Now im close to 1.70 tall and i tryed this exercise. This is the best Abs exercise i ever saw and i will do this for 2 or more weeks. Ty for helping me with youre exercises :) Sry for my english :)

Nice abs! Quick question though: I workout pretty often for a 14 year old, and there are times when I get super hungry and I just can't seem to control it (even if I eat healthy/fibery foods). For example... my mom made brown rice with ground turkey and peas n' corn, and I made a really big bowl and ate it all. But when thirty minutes past, I was hungry all over again. It's been like this for about 3 months now. Do you think there's something wrong with me? If not, how do I control it? My parents say eat more fruits and vegetables, but that just makes me more hungry.

Rain Burn you need to stick your lower back to the floor with your core (its a lot harder like this)

It's because your abs aren't strong enough yet, your lower back needs to compensate. Try with your hands underneath you it's much easier, and make sure to exercice your lower back as well as your abs!

This workout where it all started for me, ive kept on following this routine back when i was in the early years of college. I been trying so hard before, then my abs starts to pop out. as time goes by i realized that achieving six pack is all about dieting, but yeah this routine definetly helped!
