LOL ! "That's not a heifer !" x-D I so enjoy your videos SDK. Your cows are so healthy and clean and the way you interact with them shows the respect that you and your family have for the animals under your care. Your attention to detail in the cleanliness and proper operation of your farm speaks volumes. You guys are a model of how it should be done, but as well.... I'm quite sure that you're not the only dairy farmers out there who are "doin it right". Thanks so much for sharing !

Thanks for another great video. It's the little stuff that can get ya. Cleaning that floor to make it less slick for the cows and all of you is a good thing. Great to see members of your family working together - it's what makes for a successful farming operation. Blessings to you, and the members of your family, and your crew. Take care, from the retired pastor in Davenport, Iowa.

Have not read the other comments but if you haven't already you should check the circuit breaker for that brush. It looks to be a simple circuit so if it is not the breaker or the wiring the only other thing is the motor$. Love seeing the videos, did read someone said get a circular head cleaner. It may make your floor cleaning easier, usually under 100 US.

A fixed pressure water system for the farm will be a great idea to avoid bring the heavy one that you use it. Second, you should check the brushes from the motor. Sometimes, they burned out and you get crazy searching the broken part and calling the dealer will cost you more money. Use a flat screwdriver and take them out and replace it with a new one. So maybe it will solve it. Motor brushes are cheap and you can have many of them on the warehouse. Greetings from Spain.

Is that the same brush that broke before? It doesn' t seem like those DeLaval brushes are as sturdy as they should be. If they were new when you put the barn and your barn is new, its suprising that two have already broke. Perhaps trying a few different brands? Unless you are under contract with DeLaval.

If some electronic burns, always check first the motor. If u have multimeter set it on continouity test (shuld beeb when u short two probes thogeter), and check if they have short to frame and to other coils if this is 3 pahse motor or with startup coil. If not check resistant coil resitance it shuld be no more than 10 ohms in most cases araund 8 ohms. If resistance is bigger than that u miaght firt change motor or rewind it.
