The "new and improved" format rocks. The interviews and getting folks to smile when broken down or and when they are in the middle of a thrash really brings out a side of racing most folks don't experience. It isn't all burnouts, it is the camaraderie of gearheads that makes these events come alive. Well done.

I grew up in Abilene, Texas ( 1973-1979), attended Texas A & M, my dad was a driller on oil rigs in east Texas. I relocated to Orlando, Florida in 1983-2015 and spent many a weekend at Orlando Speedway ( actually Bithlo, Florida). You missed the best part of your trip if you don't drive along the Gulf Coast between Orlando and Houston.

You have video to upload, which is overachieving that is greatly appreciated, and an excuse to sleep in and eat a good breakfast... 🙃 Question, do you plan to ever paint Garfield, or is "original" the way to go with old trucks now? We do EAA Air Venture and Sun 'n Fun most years, and it looks similar, but with mostly campers and without the cars. Craqzy devoted people to a hobby or career. Reply

THAT was cool! Much better watching on my laptop than the phone. Watching this, I can't get over how the race cars are used to tow trailers! 40 to 50 years ago race cars were towed on trailers. They were purpose built for racing only and the trailer would carry the race car home or to the shop if it was broken. Gotta give you a shout out how great you two are with the camera getting the best shots and video interviews. Gotta watch part three later. Thankyou for parts 1 & 2.☺

Ms.Emily, That there burgandy NOVA is actually a 3rd gen Nova and the reason I'm bringing it up is that's also my favorite gen of Nova! 1st gen.'62-'65 Chevy II Nova ,2nd '66-'67 Chevy II Nova, 3rd gen.'68 was a Chevy II Nova, and '69-'74 was only called Nova, 4th gen. '75-'79 Nova. Then there was an attempt to bring back the name Nova as a '85-'89 compact and I believe that right there was a very embarrassing move for GM! Almost as bad as the canning of the Pontiac Division of GM! My love for the 3rd gen. Novas goes all the way back to my early HS days. My 1st car was a '67 Impala 2door hardtop. Well,The little 283 cubic inch Power Pack in it spun a rod bearing and give up the ghost. My mom (God rest her soul)had actually bought a 1owner '72 Nova as a backup car;but,I had alternative plans and was able to talk her into letting me take up the note on it of $800 some odd dollars. Well,I kept it until several years ago when i actually give it to my best friend who's like the brother I never had. Now,It's going through a total update one again for the 50 11th time. It was jus sitting in my shop going to waste;cause, I was unable to work on it or drive it due to a work related forklift accident I had back in '11! I believe that he's planning on running the old Nova in X275,Pro275, LDR or some class along those lines.
