Gracie Chique #Jon Jandai I simply advise you that..... Make a principle of life...Eat food when you are hungry If you still have a little hungry means keep some space in your stomach, then pull your hand away from eating. Drink water before meals. Do not drink water till for 1 hour after eating every time everyday in your whole life. It takes at least 6 hours between one meal and another meal. Eat dinner early And after that take a walk. Get up early morning everyday and go for walk daily. I guarantee you will never be ill Inn Shaa Allah💖🙌🌾

It's taking me a long time to understand what I did wrong. I live in Cambodia and about a year ago, after a two month water fast I had to be hospitalized. I have a neuromuscular disorder, my neurons in my brain do not respond to my desire to move my muscles. After the fast, I got bloated like a ballon and I still am, though half what it used to be. The vision in my left eye is damaged, I can't focus as if it were a distorted lense. When I stand up, I have terrible vertigo which make walking, even if supported by a walker, almost impossible. I'm vegan, I've been careful about eating and drinking only what nature offers. I finally understand that my thoughts and the loss of two of my beloved dogs as well as having to split with my cat because no longer able to take care of him, really traumatized me. I've been spending the last 9 years of my life taking care of my food, getting rid of alcohol, quitting smoking and exercising. I've been careful about recycling, avoid plastic I don't even use toilet paper anymore (I wash Asian style). I pray and practice meditation, I don't drink coffee and I've been kind and friendly with all and by all, I really mean ALL. I've done my very best to get here. My sickness has taught me that Buddha was right, I did not pay attention to my negative thoughts. I was feeding the enemy in my head, we are indeed the creators of our own reality but I was not completely aware of the power of my mind until I got sick. In Heaven, all my dreams coming true why did I have to pay attention to so much negativity. I cannot turn a blind eye on things, especially when they happen right in front of me but I'm gradually learning to let go of fear and cultivate peace in my mind: right here, right now. I love you! 🤗😊😁

When we become sick it is our souls way of making us spend time inside of ourself and focusing on what WE NEED. and what is IMPORTANT. it is a necessary healing. I wish people all over the world would stop resisting feeling sick, and just allow themselves to sink into it and realize that their body was asking, begging for a break...begging for focus on self. this is good in the context of the corona virus. people are afraid of the virus so much, locking down countries for no reason.
@ambersykora352
3 жыл бұрын
There is no virus. It is from 5g millimeter waves coming from the WiFi signals all over we are bathing in. I can finally prove it, based on American government although there are thousands of studies that already showed this. Anyway, Israeli news live channel has proven our government has admitted to studies showing they can use frequencies ( which create emotions) cause the human body's cells to create exosomes, which are identical to coronavirus virus cells.this is why the tests are showing almost everyone has it with zero symptoms. It is our body attempting to clean toxins, especially from Chem trails and fungus, and bacteria and heavy metals being sprayed above us world wide and our breathing and absorbing them
@mitchelldavis482

" people are afraid of the virus so much, locking down countries for no reason." This is dangerous and wrong. Vietnam locked down early and had no deaths -- the virus is deadly.
@mitchelldavis482

@@ambersykora352 "There is no virus." Objectively, there is a virus. There have been many corona viruses that have come from Chinese wet markets, including MERS. This virus became a problem because governments were trying to save face and keep their economies going because they care more about money than people. You simply do not know what you are talking about. " It is from 5g millimeter waves coming from the WiFi signals all over we are bathing in. " Again, this requires a clear failure to understand what radiation is, and the difference between ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. "showing they can use frequencies ( which create emotions)" No... "to create exosomes, which are identical to coronavirus virus cells." Viruses are NOT cellular organisms, and exosomes are quite distinct from viral envelopes, so this is jibberish. You simply do not know what you are talking about. " especially from Chem trails and fungus, " Those things you call 'chem trails' are mostly water vapor freezing... The chemicals one should worry about are eg. pesticides. Please try to inform yourself about these things. Many fungi are actually quite good for you, and while others are very bad to eat, all fungi bioaccumulate things from the soil. Many fungi bioaccumulate heavy metals to clean the soil, preventing plants from ingesting them. I don't wish to insult you, but this is all very incoherent and reflects a lack of understanding of the terms you are using. Please stop treating yourself as competent in areas in which you are not.

Amen. If they were more connected to nature they would not fear death. To be afraid to die is to be afraid to be connected. Or the lack of understanding thereof anyway. Go outside. Barefoot. Feel the grass between your toes, feel the sand beneath your feet, the breeze upon your face and body. Enjoy the sweat rolling down your skin, the joyful burn of the sun on your skin. Take a walk in nature, learn and eat some native plants that our creater created for us to heal and nourish ourselves and our bodies with. And to share the knowledge and heal others with. The earth was created for us to experience, appreciate, enjoy, share, and to marvel over. Stop being afraid of living. Live for today. Stop worrying about tomorrow. If you are in alignment with the earth, you'll experience hardly any sickness if ever. Disconnection is the sickness. And we deserve the time out to understand what we have been told to value....money, fame, material things that dont matter, things that so many people chase after. Go outside. Put your hands in the soil. In the mud. Touch a plant. Take a nap in the sun or sand. Stay away from what we are told we need or should be doing.
