Interesting. Will you be doing a review of this scope?

In the future after I get to use it some more. As of now it seems ok. One thing it is portable.

I was just looking at Jupiter a couple days ago with it. I'm still not impressed with it. I swapped it out for a 108mm F4.5 refractor I built from a old damaged lens set. Using the same mount it was a lot better image. The refractor has more chromatic aberration but still more detail. The Meade ETX series have the same 2 eyepiece configuration . I have 2 of those. It's seems like more of a gimmick to me now. The best bang for your buck is still going to be a Newtonian reflector. I have a 114mm x900mm I got at a yard sale for$60 on a German equatorial base. It's a lot better than that maksutov. I posted a short video from it.

The noticed the interesting configuration on this telescope (the double eyepiece design). I suppose one don't need a finderscope with this configuration; you can install a large focal lenght eyepiece in one (for targeting) , and a zoom 7-21 eyepiece in the other. I am looking forward for a honest review. Nice welding table.....Your entire workshop is AAAAAAMAZING !

After using this for a while I think a short focal length reflector may be a better value. Their less money and come with the mount for less money. On Facebook I've posted some images and video taken with a $60 yard sale telescope and a $67 eBay telephone. The Sicong 105mm is probably good for a travel scope because of it's size. I believe that unless you are really into telescope and viewing through them a lot , a used telescope is the way to go. You get more bang for your buck and if you lose interest then you aren't out a bunch of money. I have 10 telescope and a mirror for number 11. Lately I've been having fun with the yard sale telescope and a small 108mm x f4.5 refractor I built from a used lens set and plastic pipe.
