Man I have to say, you changed my life. Without your monastic collection of ancient knowledge I'd be still grinding away on a bro split making poor gains and chipping away at my health 😂 Thank you very much for this

@@theironforce3000 Silver era Mon-Weds-Fri full body workout with free weights for 1hr, heavy weight, low weight, bodyweight, freeweights. Also eating local farmer's eggs and butcher's meat, more fruit and vegetables and etc. Just the whole idea of bodybuilding for holistic mental and physical health rather than just for building muscle mass you know. Leroy Colbert's videos helped me a lot too

@@lordracula2461 good stuff. Same way when I discovered Leroy Colbert over 4 years ago he opened a whole new world to me that was put on the back Shelf from ' popular mainstream modern techniques '. I miss that guy

You only half right if you looking for a 24 inch muscular arm none of those tricks going to do that.Your body does not produce enough hormones to support the new growth.However if you're younger and you in rhe early stage of development and you want to maximize your natural potential nothing replaces hard work.

Great breakdown on The Bendover ! I see this one replicated today w.KB's. Will give this a go as explained here. I do something similar today - but it's more of a clean if anything . Herman Goerner !💪😎 important name

Is there any information on kettlebells from the old timers? Exercise or rep range or sets?
@ChadCilli
Жыл бұрын
The original use of kettle bells was for throwing. The Soviets would throw them. They didn’t lift them or do presses or do swings. They threw them the same way you might throw a medicine ball, discus, or a shot.

The partial high pull is still in use nowadays among weightlifters I believe. Thank you for your outstanding reserch work!

A nice way to train high pulls in the power rack is to use bungee cords to mark where the pull should end. The by pulling into the bungee you know you've completed the lift. I train both snatch and clean grip as they have different in effects.
