▷Pancake Ingredients 1 serving
Cake flour 8 tablespoons
Baking powder ⅓ teaspoons
Salt one pinch
Egg(M Size)1pc
Milk 30ml
Honey 1 tablespoon
Unsalted butter 15g
Whipped cream
Salted butter
Maple Syrup
Mint
▶Pancake instructions
◎Pancake Dough
1. Put cake flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well with a whipper.
※Make sure to level off the cake flour when measuring it with the tablespoon
2. Put egg, milk, and honey in a container and mix them well. Add to ① and mix with a whipper
until there is no more powder
※Mix until dry and glossy on the dough(If not, the pancake will not turn out well)
3. Melt unsalted butter over hot water or microwave and add to ② and mix. This completes the
pancake dough.
※Be careful when heating the butter in the microwave as it will burst in the microwave if
overheated.
(Heat for 10 seconds each, and when about 70% has melted, mix it with a spoon and dissolve
it completely.
☆Tips on the dough
・If too much milk is added, the dough will become soft and the finished dough will become
loose, making it difficult to pour it into a clean circle. Make sure to measure 30ml.
・When measuring soft flour, please measure it with a tablespoon
・Use chilled milk and eggs (The dough will cool properly)
・Be careful when melting the butter in the microwave
◎Frying the pancake
☆Tips on the frying pan
If you are using a domestic frying pan with a fluorinated finish, it is better not to use oil. The oil
will make the pancakes look mottled.
1. First, place the frying pan over medium heat and when the frying pan gets slightly warm
(around 15 seconds) , pour the dough into a frying pan using a ladle or a spoon.
Turn it to low heat immediately after pouring the dough, and pour the rest of the dough in.
※If you hang the dough from the top without moving it a little, you can easily get a nice round
shape.
2. Continue on low heat until the surface of the pancake is smooth (approx. 6~8 min)
3. Flip over and bake the backside on low heat for about 1.5 mins.
4. Serve pancakes on a plate, add whipped cream and mint, add salted butter, and maple
syrup.
☆Tips on cooking the pancake
・First, warm the frying pan over medium heat, and then add the dough so that the dough does
not spread unnecessarily and can be poured.
If you keep it on medium heat as it is, the surface will burn fast, so switch it to low heat
immediately after pouring it in quickly
・I tried pouring the dough in a cold frying pan, but the dough spreads and sticks
・Most of the recent frying pans are mostly fluorinated, so you can make a pancake with a
smooth and even surface without using oil.
If the frying pan sticks easily or is not fluorinated, add a small amount of oil on it before baking.
