Well you need to use head voice, not falsetto (they are not the same! Even for guys), and you need to focus on increasing your head voice range and if it's increased enough, eventually it naturally thins into a whistle tone

A.H isnt whistle register a completely different register from head voice?
@TheyMadeMeDoIt100
6 жыл бұрын
Whistle comes from the head voice, also known as super head. falsetto is produced a in tandem with your nasal breath whereas whistle, being higher, and often giving a cleaner tone is produced from the very back of your head voice, an isolation in the chords where they close to a certain extent (it's different for everyone) but the tips are still able to vibrate at a very high frequency
@galaxyuniverse3950

The air that passes through the hole creates the whistle note. Because of this, it is very easy to damage your vocal cords if you do it incorrectly. When done right however, singing in this register does not hurt. ... This is why artists like Mariah Carey and Ariana Grande can hold a whistle note for up to 15 seconds!
@johnnycuff4647

judging by her videos she sounds like a natural lyric soprano so its not impressive that she can sing in the 6th octave. Most Sopranos do. in this video she warmed up to atleast the high E ( F6) area which are the lower extremities of the whistle register so im sure she can.

It's because Whistle Tone is made by the breaking of the head voice when it breaks you find the door for the whistle tones, so you have to try to sing the most higher note that ou can and let it breaks, but it's necessary your voice has to be very warmed. Focus and let the voice breaks it will feel like it scratches soon you'll can start to do the whistles slowly.

Everybody asking to hear her do whistle notes - whistle notes are a very specific skill that require targeted practice. As a vocal coach, she knows how to teach whistle notes. She's certainly talented enough to sing whistle notes, but if she hasn't done the targeted practice in a while, she's not going to be able to do it at the snap of her fingers. Even if at one point she was able to, if she hadn't practiced in a while, it would take some time to get her muscles back to where they need to be for whistle notes.

NO.... the whistle register is a different part of your voice, once you get there then you can play around with it and see how high you can go.. her video is great for falsetto, head voice, and maybe extended head voice because the exercises she does covers those areas but none of dat covered the whistle area.. just imagine a 4 month old baby jumping up and running thru the house before learning how to crawl or walk lol....
