Ingredients
3 raw, medium sized mangoes, grated 8 dry dates, deseeded
10 cloves garlic 2 green chillis, chopped
11/2 tsp. red chilli powder salt to taste
1/2 mug vinegar
Method
Peel mangoes and grate them. Peel garlic pods. Cut and deseed dry dates. Mix all the ingredients and add vinegar. Store in a glass or porcelain jar. Avoid using plastic containers, they are a serious health hazard. Serve with onion slices.

Raw mango is rich in vitamins A,C,E & Niacin. Contains antioxidants. Being rich in fibre it aids digestion.
