Sizzling 10 Min Shoulder Dumbbell Home Workout . Again with No Repeats & 10 exercises is the aim of the game in workout 5 of the new 10 min no repeat workout series
Like the previous workouts , what we have here is 10 shoulder exercises. 40 secs on with 20 secs rest as we work our way through targeting all areas of the shoulders
Again I am using the exercise ball in this series , but if you do not have one you can always use a bench or do these standing etc
Again you can make these as easy of difficult as you need to by upping or lowering the weights when needed
And if you have plenty in the tank , why not rewind it back. Double up and turn into a killer 20 min shoulder workout
