In the 60’s and 70’s, many film artists, writers and singers used to go to La Maison Rose, in Montmartre, Paris and so did Picasso, Dali and a multitude of other artists. There just seems to be something about this place that attracts artists year after year.
In this video, I will show you how I sketched and painted this and also talk about why I paint and staying sane in this crazy world that we live in.
I also talk about urban sketching, and would just like to clarify that this is just ink and watercolour sketching at home and not on-site urban sketching.
