Wow! What nice helpful video. I'll but a pair of your skis in a year or two when something inevitably breaks. I live in NH now. So I found J and bought his 108 and the 108 that recently replaced it. But I'm originally from Minnesota. Next up? A set of your 105s. A big issue for me is my skiing style. I'm old. I ski like they did in the sixties. I grind the crap out of the inner tips. I have taken to armoring the tips with a layer of JB Weld every three or four ski days. Some sort of grind resistant inner tip would be a God send. Imagine being able to send at his age.

I was taught to wet the diamond stone while using or else the diamonds will wear off.

The diamond definitely will not come off. By wetting it the material being cut will not plug the pores in your diamond and make it cut better.

Please before working on the skis, always checking the flatness of the base....ciao
