Ingredients:
700 grams of firm tofu
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow onion
2 yellow peppers
60 ml mayonnaise
60 ml lime juice
30 ml soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of butter
Canola or vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Makes 4 to 6 servings
