霸王花螺頭沙參百合湯
材料:
霸王花100克
螺頭4個
沙參150克
百合150克
南杏25克
無花果5粒
紅蘿蔔1個
豬骨2磅
處理:
1. 霸王花,清水浸1小時以上。
2. 大火煲滾1鑊水,放豬骨滾出水3分鐘,去除表面污漬,清水沖洗乾淨。
3. 螺頭、沙參、百合、無花果及南杏,清水浸5分鐘。
4. 霸王花,倒去水分,開住水喉逐條清洗乾淨,剪去硬的部分,擎乾水。
5. 紅蘿蔔,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切細舊。
6. 螺頭、沙參、百合、無花果及南杏,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
7. 無花果,1開2。
烹調:
1. 所有材料,放入煲
2. 加入清水4升。
3. 大火滾起,轉中慢火煲1小時30分鐘。
4. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Night blooming cereus 100g
Whelks 4 Nos.
Glehnia root 150g
Dried lilly 150g
South apricot kernels 25g
Dried figs 5 Nos.
Carrot 1 No.
Pork bones 2 lbs
Preparation:
1. Night blooming cereus, soak in tap water for an hour or more.
2. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Put pork bones, boil for 3 minutes to remove dirts on it. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Whelks, glehnia root, dried lilly, dried figs and south apricot kernels, soak in tap water for 5 minutes.
4. Night blooming cereus, pour away water. Rinse under running tap slice by slice. Cut off the hard portion. Drain.
5. Carrot, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Cut in small pieces.
6. Whelks, glehnia root, dried lilly, dried figs, and south apricot kernels, rinse with tap water. Drain.
7. Dried figs, divide each into 2 shares.
Steps:
1. Put all Ingredients into pot.
2. Add in 4L of water in a pot.
3. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium~low flame and boil for 1.5 hours.
4. Complete. Serve.
