Blush away! Yes she sings. Yes she has dramatic acting training and yes she modeled. I’ve tried and tried to listen to so many other sleep or self care meditations for years and although I liked many of them none had had the same transformative effect as Michelle. I don’t even question it or try and analyze it anymore. She has also published a book about following Bette Midler which I have not read. Her singing voice is good has a decent range plays keyboard and guitar even tried to play singing bowls. She did some acting and modeling and now she’s here doing this. I’m not usually intimidated by most folks but I’m very intimidated by her but in a good way. It’s a much better world with her in it. I have more hope now.

Your stories are so perfect. They also work as mental vision board. We put our own imagination into the story. I bought some land, and I use many of your stories to envision my life there. To my suprise, these dreams are now coming true! Forever greatfull. It is said that lingering in the feeling of what it would be like to really be there is the most powerful part of manifesting our dreams. It's time to dream away ✨️🌙✨️

I have listened to your channel for over a year now. I am 50 years old and I have suffered from insomnia since I was a very young child. I have been taking Ambien for over a decade and I still have trouble with waking up and not being able to shut my mind down to go back to sleep. I also suffer from chronic pain. I listen to you when I go to bed, all throughout the night and when I wake up I am always in excruciating pain because of my medical issues. I wake up and take my meds and listen to your stories to help me with my pain while my pain meds kick in. My primary Dr now listens to you and refers your channel to her patients with sleep issues. Thank you so much. I can't imagine a night without listening to you.

First, I am so sorry you've struggled with insomnia for so long. My insomnia struggles began in childhood and I often wish I had discovered sleep stories and meditations back then. Pain can be so disruptive to sleep when sleep is what helps pain lessen-- it's such a hard cycle. I'm glad you listen to my stories and I truly hope they continue to help ease your nights. I'm honored to be part of your sleep journey (and your primary doctors too! That makes me so grateful). 💜

Wait. Was I supposed to stop sharing breaths I’m kind of light headed now. I’ve never been to outer banks, you make it sound incredible. I listened with my little monster hoping she would rest. She did for the most part. When she sees horses on tv she yells at them, does the same with dogs, cats, r elephants. Can’t watch nature shows unless she’s asleep. In person or dog, if you will she’s fascinated by deer all others she wants to play with except squirrels and bunnies and birds although I think the bird she murdered was really an attempt at play. There’s a song from Donald fagan from steely Dan fame called the dunes I used to use it as an audition piece for audio equipment because it’s so well recorded. Dried eucalyptus has a special Place in my memory banks this will be my go to for awhile going back to sharing breaths thank you

I should learn to edit stuff in person she’s fascinated by deer. I told you I was light headed. That island isn’t in outer banks it’s south of ocean city. Considering that’s a 6.5 hour ride from Me and add another 45-hour from nyc that’s a long ride for a Puppy your lucky he was ok with it. We took mine for first Al fresco dinning this weekend I was really convinced I’d have to take her home but she was good for her so we now have options besides leaving her alone which after about an hour she gets destructive. She often gets sick in cars so her 39 Minute ride to restaurant and the taking my mom and sister in law Home was about all she could handle behavior wise but at least she didn’t get car sick. Of course you enjoyed the barren beach and the rainy day we could have had a meteorite land and you’d find some happy happy joy joy in it. That’s what makes you such a role Model. And Ike will one day write a memoir of his adventurous life. “ a a pawfect day with mommy “

Now I’m all red faced and all a twitterer. Somehow for some inexplicable deep seated libidinal faux pas my ears and my brain heard “ let’s share some slow deep breathing” upon listening again at bedtime this is not what you said. I haven’t confirmed with the transcript yet but just was your usual deep breathing and then return to your natural breathing like you always do. But my brain perverted this literally into its own perversion and I as usual made it into sophomoric humor. Hey, it’s my thing I’m a few days away from 70 what’s left? Anyway, I’m going to go now so everyone have a nice day breathing any which way you want there’s nothing to see hear

It took us only 4 hours getting to OC but a lot longer coming back. Probably about 30 minutes added to get to Assateague from there. Ike was car sick in the Lincoln tunnel then fine the rest of the trip. The poor puppy used to get motion sickness just from me carrying him around town in his bag.

I understand Ike drove and is a fan of the fast and furious movies has a real penchant for speed. He mentioned he got sick in the tunnel because it smells really bad and the lights annoyed him as well as the other drivers. Next time rent a bmw m 8 series you’ll get there even faster
