I finished this program a week ago and lemme tell ya. THE RESULTS ARE INSANE. 1: I lost 3 kg 2: I lost 1 inch of my thighs. (I have a pear shaped body so my thighs are the last part that I lose weight) 3: I lost 2 cm from my waist 4: I'm REALLY stronger. I recommend this guys. You can do it Edit: guys I did the whole 30 day program not just this video and I wasn't on any special diet. I ate whatever my mom cooked and I didn't eat processed foods I was also on a calorie deficit

I’m on day 15 right now, although i am not on any diet ( still eating candy etc. ) I can definitely see changes! Please don’t give up guys as long as you don’t feel like you are having serious problems try to keep up, take slightly longer breaks. Also I suggest healthy eating too, I will be trying to do that with the program.

Miss death angel omg i’m so sorry for not replying after 9 months 😭😭 i tend to just do the workout and move on to the next video!! my legs have gotten more muscular and toned (i’m on the more thin and petite side so it’s expected) my diet didn’t change, i ate sweets but made sure to control myself, i ate the usual stuff (sandwiches, fruit, etc) but made sure to have a nice, full meal (rice, with potatoes and meat with tomato paste soup, an arabic dish, usually tomato, cucumber and mint as a side dish) after i finished my full body workout, which helped enhance my results! i don’t track weight loss or anything because i try my hardest to not focus on numbers. feel free to ask any other questions, sorry again for taking so long to reply 😭😔

guys ik this is overused but 1 like 1 workout Edit: I am currently 3 weeks into my workout! I do it everyday THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT!! Edit: I did this workout and Gabriella whitens 3 minute workout series and a thigh gap workout and lost ALMOST 10 pounds!!! I started off at 117 lbs and am currently 108 lbs thanks for the support! So I don’t know if anyone else is gonna see this comment, but it’s been like 7 months since I commented this and I have to say my life in general is a lot better than it was 7 months ago, of course the workout is not the only reason why but like I woke up at 5 everyday to do this workout and I meditate, and I’ve been a lot happier since then, now I still do a lot of different workouts this workout though was the start of my transformation into the best version of myself thank you EVERYONE for your love and support trust me in the begging the likes we’re like the only thing keeping me going lol.

Just a quick little tip for everyone- The only thing that’s actually really made a difference in my legs is running. I know a lot of people hate to run (myself included) but I did workout videos for my legs like this one for years and didn’t see any results. When I started to run, they slimmed down SO fast, I dropped a pants size in like two-three weeks. I’m not saying that this isn’t helpful and I love Chloe!! But I’d suggest also running on top of doing vids like this

The thing is to lose the thigh fat cardio is recommended (and I agree with the running part). These types of exercises in the video are really good to shape the legs. Therefore, in order to slim the legs you should to combine the two :D

Betania Jewel I don’t know that it will make you get a thigh gap, but that probably shouldn’t be your goal! Just be healthy and happy! I run four times per week now, but when I first started I was running every day if that’s helpful. Just do whatever feels good, don’t push yourself too much but do try to challenge yourself and you’ll start to see results!

The workout itself wasn't tough... the challenge is deciding to get up and do it. I'm not the best at being consistent but I will try. I waste so much useful time sitting at my desk pretending I'm studying when really I'm thinking about other stuff. That's time I can use to do something that will make me feel good. Don't over think it, just start

I completed this program a while ago. Day 1:✔️ Day 2:✔️ Day 3:✔️ Day 4:✔️ Day 5: ✔️ Day 6:✔️ Day 7:✔️ Day 8:✔️ Day 9:✔️ Day 10:✔️ Day 11:✔️ Day 12:✔️ Day 13:✔️ Day 14:✔️ Day 15:✔️ Day 16:✔️ Day 17:✔️ Day 18:✔️ Day 19:✔️ Day 20:✔️ Day 21:✔️ Day 22:✔️ Day 23:✔️ Day 24:✔️ Day 25:✔️ Day 26:✔️ Day 27:✔️ Day 28:✔️ Day 29:✔️ Day 30:✔️ I didn't lose any inches or cms in measurements but I know my legs are a lot toned. Lost just 1kg but that's okay cause I've been working out for almost a year and it's pretty hard to lose much weight now. But I didn't see much of a difference in my legs because I'm still overweight and I've had the fats for a long time. It's gonna take a while for them to go. I now have muscles beneath my fat which is a clear sign of progress. So for overweight people, it might take a bit of time but those who want to do this to tone their legs , just go ahead. It's amazing.

Mylene Ancheta based on this video only? This is for lower part of your body. If u need to lose weight, u should do full body workout and also abs workout if u need too. But most importantly, eat clean. That helps alot. My experience, eat clean and working out in a month, i lost 4-5kg.

August 3 2020, I started this journey because i feel insecure about my self then i want to make some change for my body to gain some confidences for myself. ✅Day1 : started at 3:40 ended at 4:30, I sweated like a pig and felt strong ✅Day2 : I dont know but i’ve done this workout today with joy! I sweated not much as Day1✨ ✅Day3: Actually it was ytd but I didn’t feel well, so I decided to do Day3 on 5Aug. I feel good and full of energy. I sweated alot. I also lost almost 9kg while this quarantine!!!

I've started 3 days ago the full Lean Thigh program and I'm sharing my progress on my instagram account, but I think I'll do it here as well (Sorry if my English isn't perfect, I'm spanish haha) Start mesurements: Thigh: 58 cm Waist: 81 cm Hip: 95,5 cm PROGRESS: ✅ Day 1 (8/6/19): Done it! I finished and I'm so tired. Today's workouts were EP 1, Abs and Plank Challenge. It was impossible for me to do the Abs workout. I couldn't even do the first exercise! Not proud of that, but I'll keep trying. ✅ Day 2: I'm sooo happy because today I could finally do the abs workout! I didn't do at the same intensity as Chloe, but I've done my best! I could finish the workout and that's enough for me :3 I'll keep progressing so that one day I'll do as perfect as Chloe :3 I've also done EP 2 and Plank Challenge today. My legs and abs hurt a bit, but I can stand it :3 ✅ Day 3: Today I was so excited so that I did one extra workout as well. I've done EP 1 and 2, Abs workout and EP 3! (a cardio fat burn workout). My legs hurt even more than yesterday and my abs just quitted my body hahaha I'm so proud of myself and I can't wait to see my results :3 ✅ Day 4: Finished it! Today's workouts were EP3, EP1 and Plank Challenge. My abs and legs hurt even more than yesterday, but when I workout, the pain disappears. It's getting more easily for me to do the exercises. NO PAIN NO GAIN. ✅ Day 5: Today, I don't know why, but I wasn't feeling motivated. Although, I've done the workout! My abs and legs still hurt, but I'm stronger :D

I'm doing '30 days slim thigh challenge' already 4 days. Now it's May 1 I eat only healthy food, and don't eat sweets and junk food, drink 1,5/2,5 liters of water every day and i'm feeling good🌸 Date: 2020/4/28 Height: 167 cm Weight: ± 55 kgs (±121 lbs) Right&Left thigh: 55 cm (21 inches) Waist: 64 cm (25 inches) Hips: ± 93,5 cm (36 inches) Age: 14 LET'S START IT! DAY 1: ✅ DAY 2: ✅ DAY 3: ✅ I feel really motivated! DAY 4: ✅ Now I see some changes in the legs and in the belly, I see the ABS a little, YAY!🍑 DAY 5: ✅ Buuut, well.... I made one workout of three, because I felt really BAD with no reason, so I don't wanna do workouts when I'm in a bad mood buuuut... It's OKAY , tommorow morning I'll do the two workouts that I didn't do 2day! Guys it's 10:02 PM and I wanna tell u that I'll be doing '2 weeks shred program' probably in the mornin because I wanna have better results not only in the legs buuut also in the ABS. Hope I won't diiieee🤪 DAY 6: ✅ I had a really haaaard headache, I thought I won’t finish the workouts but I did it and finished all 4 videos to the end!! I really SOOO proud of myself 👊 I couldn't sleep until 8 AM with no reason but then I was able to fall asleep, THANKS GOD!🙏🙏🙏 And I woke up at 2 PM because of alarm 😣😣😣 Now it's eve and I feel great guys👍🏻 And guys: if you lost your motivation please DON'T GIVE UP! I believe you can do that because u r STRONG and If no one believe in you, just know that I believe in you! Just look at the beginning of your long (or not) way - YOU DID IT! And damn! Why you must give up????? You need keep going to your goal and your perfect body, right sweetie 🍑? Just listen to me!: YOU. ARE. STRONG! And no one can't tell you that you aren't strong because it's bullsh*t!😘 DAY 7: ✅ It was 2 videos 2day and I did it sooo easy. I've got headache again but I'm not sick, it's strange hmmm... Well I drunk 2 pills and now I feel better guys! After every evening workout my belly became slimmer like in the morning and I'm so happy of it) I had so busy day because of homework and I just forgot to eat😅 today I ate 1,000 calories it's good👍🏻 Buuuut I drunk a little of the water but it's okay tommorow I'll drink 1,5-2 liters like I do it always guys🤗 Hope you feel great like meeeee😘 And I did some exercises for my 🍑 and I think I see some result, it's unbelievable 🤩 If u need some motivation u need to read smth in 'DAY 6'😉🤫 DAY 8: ✅ Sorry guys I forgot update it yesterday. Well it was 5 videos and they were soooooooo hard😥 But I did it all and I became feel grate! Guys I wanna tell you just one bad news: I think I started to lose my motivation 😭 I know I mustn't have the stress because it's bad for weight loss 😭 but I'm just so afraid that I won't get to the end.... But I will try hard guys for my goal!!!!👊🍑 DAY 9: ✅ GM guyyyys I haven't do workout yet but I just wanted to show you my measurements but I won't, because when I measured I really cried....😭😭😭 They haven't changed absolutely!!! I don't know why... Maybe it's because of only 8 day of workouts but it could be just -1 cm, but no! No results guys.... I don't know how I will be doing that challenge with absolutely NO motivation.............. I think I'm lost😩😰 I know I have to move on, in such a small amount of time nothing can change, but I feel that I can’t anymore 😭😭😭 I will doing the workouts, but it is so painful not to see the results!!!!! LoveDrawing1 i know! But most of the cardio workouts available either focus on legs or upper body strength. Other than kickboxing workouts. So a kickboxing cardio workout routine might help us lose the upperbody fat! Which is hard to find

@@Lovedrawing1 yes spot reduction is not possible. total body cardio is necessary to lose overall body fat. like running, cycling, most youtube cardio videos that includes moves like jump squats, buroees, high knee, butt kicks or even jump rope. While doing these moves the legs are doing most of the work. So, if I am following these workouts for a long time most people see changes in their lower body first. upper body takes the longest to see change. At least this is what happens to me. I have toned legs but a flabby heavy upperbody. Now in kickboxing you keep your heart rate up with your upperbody moves. do you get my point now?

Checklist for 2 weeks so I don’t give up lol. I’ve also been eating cleaner, not super duper clean but way cleaner. Day 1: ✅ / ❌ kind of completed, but couldn’t get the last few exercises in the plank ep, my periods soon so I’m bloated for now. Day 2: ✅ completed, got my period, but going strong!! No changes yet, still bloated. Day 3: ✅ completed, alot easier than I expected and had less than 5 mins break between the workouts. I’m less bloated for now but no big changes yet. Day 4: ✅ completed, it’s getting easier day by day, n I don’t know if I’m hallucinating but my thighs look a tiny bit smaller,,,,^^ Day 5: ❌ I couldn’t do it because our internet completely shut down yesterday (day 5) for whatever reason. But today (day 6) I’ll try to do both days to make up for it. Day 6: ✅ i did both a few hours apart, I also started doing the lean arms workout (1 video) and I’m so fucking exhausted I might just die. Day 7: ❌ Day 8:❌ Day 9:❌ Day 10:❌ I was travelling with my family for the past days but I was kinda active and not sitting around too much, so that’s still..something Day 11: ✅ Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Day 14: ✅ Final thoughts: honestly it was my first time so I did 2 weeks only, my thighs have slimmed down a little but definitely my calves tho, I also lost 2kgs, 1kg each week. Okay Day 1: ✅ it was okay so the first set was very nice but at the start of the second set i thought I would die. Abbie S Yep the first week it was hard to find motivation but it got natural to workout after and for the results my legs have toned down they’re not as lean as I want them to be but I feel more confident and I still have a week to go so yeah, I’m quite happy about it

До: Ноги = 58 см. 1 день: я почувствовала как горят мышцы, уже в середине стало сложно, но всё же продолжила. (залайкате, чтобы не потеряла) 2 день: мышцы болели, но тренировку сделала, вроде также 3 день: мышцы уже не так сильно горят, сделала 2 тренировки, вообще также, но эффекта пока что не вижу, думаю пока ноги только приспосабливаться 4 день:я пропустила тренировку. 5 день: короче, я не делала её несколько дней, иногда не было возможности, плюс ещё с интернетом что-то. в основном, когда было время, то я делала, но не по видио, а сама. Эффект заметен, то есть я не каждый день делала, а так через день или 2, потом каждый день. Вообщем, продолжайте её делать и увидите эффект, а так, когда будет возможность, то буду писать какие результаты

Okay I'm going to start this today! I'll be doing some face workouts,, ab workouts, arm workouts, cardio and muffin top workouts along with this.I'll be doing this workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday . I might go running every day as well.Oh yeah I also do dance twice every week. Weight(now) - 55kg Weight(goal) - 43kg. Height-5'4/5'5ish Day 1-(11/02/2020)So I ate a croissant for breakfast and then for lunch I had a sandwich, peach, tomatoes and a yogurt. After school I had macaroni with this meat and cucumber. I also had a slice of cake.

DONE! And I lost 1,3cm on each thigh! Amazing! My journey is here: DAY1: Slim Legs WO + 10 Min Abs WO + Plank Challenge + stretching - Wohooo, I love this, esp. the slim legs workout. If I did not just finish the flat tummy challenge I would probably die during those ab workouts 😂 Plank challenge was fun, although not easy :D DAY2: Inner Thigh WO + 10 Min Abs WO + Plank Challenge + stretching - It went OK. I definitely felt my butt after yesterday :D DAY3: Slim Legs + Inner Thigh + 10 Min Abs + stretching - OMG, tomorrow I won't be able to walk. This was intense :D Stretching every day seriously saves me :D DAY4: Fat Burning Cardio + Slim Legs + Plank Challenge + stretching - The new workout was intense 😂 Me legs feel like jelly now. The number of standing kicks and crunches was insane :D DAY5: Fat Burning Cardio + Inner Thigh - I feel like crap today, so...I am quite happy I managed to do at least these DAY6: Active rest day. It was refreshing. DAY25: Fat Burning Cardio + Inner Thigh + Outer/Inner Thigh + stretching - doneee DAY26: walking - more than 15000 steps today DONE! I decided to finish this early because I really didn't have the motivation to do the same exercises for another week. Honestly...no more. And last week Chloe uploaded a new thigh challenge so I'm thinking about trying that one. Anyway, I lost 1,3cm on each thigh! Which is amazing! If you want to try this one, just do it! The results are definitely there!

I decided to share my thoughts and results of the 30days Lean Thighs Challenge Age: 13 Weight: 69kg Height: 163cm Day 1: ✅ Done it. The 10min abs exercises killed me- Day 2: ✅ Done it. i hate the plank Day 3: ✅ no comments..lol Day 4: ✅ I got very tired duh Day 5: ✅ It's getting easier each day Day 6: ✅ i did my rest day one day earlier cause i was busy Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ tf i actually enjoyed the workouts Day 9: ✅ double-cardio= ended me Day 10: ✅ easy, only 3 videos 📝: I lost 4kg. Now I'm 65kg. I did no diet, i still eat snacks, choco and usual food🤡 I can't really see BIG differences till now but my legs got more shaped. I’m gonna start the program today, I’ll update every day till I’m done, promise! Day 1: ✅ it was hard since I took two days off of working out after doing the flat belly 30-day challenge, I’m excited for tomorrow Day 2: ✅ it was hard once again, but I can’t wait for the results. I’m also doing an additional workout for hip dips. Day 3: ✅ a little easier this time, btw, my thigh measurements are 21 inches on both thighs, I'm doing this program for my thighs. Day 4: ✅ tough at first but it got easier, I'm also getting strength out of the plank challenge! Day 5: ✅ It felt like it was over quicker, and I even enjoyed it a little. Day 6: 💟 I switched days 6 and 7 and so I get to rest today. Day 7: ✅ I added an April Han thigh workout, you guys can add it on too. Also, don't give up guys! Day 8: ✅ did all the workouts together like usual, still pretty hard. But still, no pain no gain! Day 9: ✅ not hard, there wasn't as many workouts, excited for results. Day 10: ✅ was pretty hard with the thigh work out that I'm doing in addition, didn't do my hip dip work out. Day 11: coming up soon! :)

For those who are coming from the 30 day lean legs programme..this is for you. I lost around 3 inches around all of my thighs!!. I tend to lose weight and inches very very slowly yet this workout programme worked sooo well! I ate fairly well for half of the 30 days and on the other days I just ate well. I also skipped the optional workouts. Any tips? Go slow and carefully. Don't look too quickly for results..it starts visibly showing up around the 3rd week. Preferable do not use measuring tape to look for differences as I found it hard to take the measurements from exactly the right places but somehow made it work. Also do not go very hard in yourself but push yourself healthily!! Go guyysyss♥️ Also all the love and respect to Chloe ♥️♥️♥️

here are my results so far! like this to remind me to keep updating lol. I'm doing this challenge during quarantine bc I have always been insecure abt my thighs. Also the weights and measurements are before working out that day, and after day 1 I will be alternating weighing and measuring. reply with any questions! day 1: 145 lbs, 27 inch waist, 32.5 inch stomach, 24 inch thighs day 2: 143.4, big change, but most likely fluctuation played a role day 3: 26.25 inch waist, 31.5 inch stomach, 24 inch thighs (i think i might just be less bloated compared to when i measured day 1 lmao, but still a big change already)

I’m doing the lean thigh program! Just finished day 1. Will be updating everyday. Wish me luck!! Day 1- October 26- some of the exercises in the leg workout were a bit confusing. The ones where you were on the ground. The hardest workout for me today was the 10 min ab workout. I did the plank workout on week 2. Day 2- October 27- so I woke up and did the first workout, and it wasn’t extremely hard. I waited until after breakfast to do both an workouts, and the plank workout I did week 1. My abs feel a bit sore, but that’s ok. And by the way, yes I know I’m a bit late on this program. Hey so sorry I haven’t been updating. I’ve been doing all of the days, and my legs feel leaner and stronger. I def recommend this program to anyone who is thinking about doing it. I didn’t measure or weigh myself before or after, because I shouldn’t see progress with the numbers, I should see the progress mostly mentally.

Saw ‘no jumping’ and thought I wouldn’t be sweating, boi was I wrong, I’m sweating so much Measurements: R - 53cm L - 52cm ✅Day 1: a lot harder than it looks lol ✅Day 2: sore from day one 💀 still did it though and surprisingly I didnt sweat as much ❌Day 3: skipped cause I got home late & downstairs neighbour wouldve hated the floor creaking lol ✅Day 4: my thighs are still sore af omg but I’m still able to do the whole workout ✅Day 5: no longer sore 🙌 ✅Day 6: this is so much easier now, I had to do some dancing so I would sweat

Starting this Challenge today. I weight 66.8 kg and have really thick thighs. Will try to update you💪🏻💕 Day 1: It was really hard but I did everything. I‘m hoping it will get easier with time. Day 2: Because of yesterday my abs are sore. So I switched the abs and plank workout with an arm and back workout.

Hello! Im starting this whole program today so wish me luck! I’ll update daily. Also I’m doing yoga every day. 💧Start: waist- 22.8inch, thigh- 19inch Day 1: ✅Okay, so i have to say that the first 25 minutes were pretty easy but in the last 10 I was dying! But I’m really happy I made it!🤪 Day 2: ✅The inner thigh was harder than expected but I still did the whole 30 minutes🥰 Day 3:✅ Today I did great, easiest day by now. Just now I can see small changes in my body it’s insane!! Day 4:✅ Had a day full of work and wanted to do rest day but I moved my ass and did it. You can do it too guys! Btw the abs&leg workout was a killer!! Day 5:✅ This day was bad, I didn’t try my best and the whole workout wasn’t that good. Day 6:✅ I decided to replace the 7th and 6th day. So today is a rest day and tomorrow I’m going to do the workout. Day 7:✅ It was sooo intense! Happy I made it. Day 8:✅ I did awesome today🥰 Day 9:✅ Again had to replace the 10th&9th day, all 3 workouts gone well. Day 10:❎ Couldn’t make it, but it’s okay I think. We all need a cheaty-rest day sometimes. I still did some of the workouts, just not all of them. Day 11:✅ Done, had a really hard day tbh- I am also bloated and I just feel bad. Day 12:✅ It was really goooood, i had so much fun. Day 13:✅ Another great day, I was really sweating but it is worth it! Day 14:✅ Rest days are my favourite😅 Day 15:✅ Can’t believe I’m halfway through this program! Today was so hard, I didn’t have motivation but still did all 4 workouts! So happy I made it❤️❤️❤️ Day 16: ✅ I took 2 days break bc I was in the mountains with my family. We were really active there😋 Day 17: ✅ It was gr8! Day 18: ✅ Again replace the 21st and 18th day, just to spend time with my mother, I hope it won’t defend my progress. Day 19: ✅ Done well i think! Day 20: ✅ Feel great!

a small what i eat in a day (vegan): 1.oatmeal with date syrup, peach, kiwi, chia seeds and almond butter 2.toasts with half of avocado, a lot of veggies 3.small soy chocolate pudding, a handful of nuts 4.rice with hummus, veggies, half of avocado, tofu, spinach and a few walnuts 5.some chocolate and a few vegan vanilla cookies

I've been doing this program for a week now and I'm really impressed. At a glance, I really don't see a change, but the passed Friday, I took measurements (87 cm) and today (Monday) I took measurements again and this is the result: 67 cm. I still have a long way but I'm surprised and a little bit shocked. At first, it was real hard to do some but now, I can complete the program almost without taking breaks. Thanks, Chloe!!

UPDATE: I finally finished the challenge. It actually took me 35 days instead of 30 cuz this program lacks rest days AND I NEED THEM so I added few rest days myself :) Tbh not a huge fan of this workout - 60 minutes is waayyy to long for me, I prefer more intense but shorter workouts. Overall I lost 1,9 kg, below you can see changes in measurements. --- Time for a new challenge. My goal is to do (almost) all Chloe's challenges from her website. So far I did: 1. 8 week shred challenge but it took me 9 weeks lol (63 days, -4,5 kg) 2. 2019 flat belly challenge (30 days, -2,3 kg) So these are my measurements at day 1 ---> last day (35 day) Weight: 68 kg --> 66,1 kg (-1,9 kg) Bust: 98,5 cm --> 98,5 cm (-0 cm) Waist: 80,5 cm --> 79 cm (-1,5 cm) Stomach: 94,5 cm --> 91 cm (-3,5 cm) !!!!! :O Hips: 97,5 cm --> 97 cm (-0,5 cm) Right thigh: 58,5 cm --> 58 cm (-0,5 cm) Let's begin! i did the 30 days challenge and i am sooo happy - i am feeling soo much fitter, fine and positive about myself. I recommend you to not measure your tighs because it takes time for your body to adapt to the workout. For example my body was swelling alot at the beginning and i thought about giving up because i was so afraid of bulking up but i kept going! My swelling reduced and now I am pretty sure i have much leaner legs now! It's not always about numbers guys - as long you feel fine and healthy!!

Hello guys so I am doing this challenge but a bit differently because I don't want to focus only on one part of my body so for the next month and half i am gonna follow thigh challenge, hourglass challenge and arms challenge. I will work out 5 days, 1 day of yoga and 1 day of rest. These are my measure when I start bust 93 cm, waist 72 cm, low belly 82 cm thighs 101cm. Thighs day 1 ✔️ Hourglass day1✔️ Yoga✔️ Arms day1 today I was too busy I couldn't even had lunch 🙄 Thighs day 2 ✔️ Hourglass day 2 ✔️ Rest day ✔️ Arms day 2 ✔️i did it but the "do this every day " video almost kill me ahaha i was so dizzy after it that i had to do the abs exercises later in the night time. next arm day i will do that as last exercise and maybe do some of the modifation so il will not feel so sick after it . Thighs day 3 ✔️ Hourglass day 3 ✔️ Arms day 3 ✔️ ... See you tomorrow

I'll do this workout for a month, during summer and I'll update you guys my results! Weight: 54kg Height: 5'3" Measuments: Thighs: 23 inches Waist: 26 inches Calves: Idk, I'll take them later Day 1: It wasn't as bad as I thought! I did eat before doing it then I began working out. I recommend you guys to drink some black coffee before since it contains about 2 calories and it always give you more energy! Make sure to not add anything in your black coffee like sugar for example since it give you more calories to burn lmao, even milk, don't add some. Anyways, the workout wasn't too hard for me since I'm used to dancing. Day 2: I did it as well and I starting sweating way more than yesterday lmao but it was good! Even though it's been only two days, I've been doing two of her leg workout and I already see a tiny difference! Hopefully I'll get the thighs I'm dreaming of which are Jihyo's thighs from twice lol Day 3: Omg, I'm sweating do much since I did two of her leg exercises! One for the thigh gap and this one. I really recommend you to do two of her 15 minutes exercises to get quick results and try working out to 30 mins- 60 mins, it'll help you so much! Day 4: I forgot to upload yesterday but I did it as well! My legs are already a bit more slimmer than before I started. I can't wait to see the results!

Doing the Lean Legs program!! Here we go. ✅Day 1: Leg part was fine honestly...started getting tiring at the end but I didn't hate life. First ab video: OMG how can I be so tired by the 3rd exercise!? Had to take at minimum 1 sometimes 2 quick breaks to breath through each exercise. Ugh. Second ab video (28 day plank challenge): Was able to do 20s on most things but damn. Amazing how long that is after already doing an ab program. ✅Day 2: Different leg exercise today, it wasn't awful! The abs videos I took fewer rests, though I still had to take an extra rest halfway through most of the workouts. But I in the end did the full time through them. Also remembered to drink my BCAAs yay. ✅Day 3: Back to back leg videos was hard. Doable, but hard. The ab workout still kills me. So many breaks. So much dying. A 10min video can easily take 15-17min for me to actually get through it. Going to get better I hope!! ✅Day 4: Done ✅Day 5: Done ✅Day 6: Done ✅Day 7: Done ✅Day 8: Done ✅Day 9: Holy shit. Pain. Cardio. Ugh Cardio. ✅Day 10: Praise God a "rest" day. Didn't realize how tired my legs were from all the cardio stuff from yesterday. ✅Day 11:

I don't know if this going to help anyone but I'll write it in case if it might be I'm doing Lean Thigh Challange Day:1✔ I was out of breath and I didn't make the plank challange. my body is so sore. Day:2❌ I couldn't make it bc I forgot to do it between my lesson. Day:3 ✔ Still sore but I did the whole thing. I'm not saying I did perfect but I finished it. I was exhausted. I fell asleep right after the shower. ( since I skip the second day I did the second day's exercises) Day:4✔ STILL sore 😭 Literally every part of my body aching but I'm much stronger now. I did the whole thing without taking a break. I did take a break but only in the end of every video.I do the movements more neat ig. Day:5❌ I have migraine and I couldn't get out the bed today bc of the worst kind of headache. Day:6✔ I did the videos but I couldn't reach up my leg like I used to do and I couldn't do the plank one properly. I guess yesterday's break caused it.I recommend stretching after the workouts or get a massage if you can. It helps for your contracted muscle. 04.05.2020 Day:7✔ I'm 2 days behind the usual schedule as you know so I really don't wanna take a break for like 10 days from now. Soo even if I feel dizzy today( idk why I feel that way. Maybe bc of the university exams' stress...I'm not sure) I did the 5th day program anyways. - Personal Opinion; I hate doing cardio + I like doing inner thigh workouts more than others. I can say I almost enjoy doing it 😂 - I didn't lose any noticeable weight so far of course but I lost 1 kg. I ate candy so much if I cut the candy I'd probably lost 2 kgs, I think:/ ( I've never done sports in my life until now btw) 05.05.2020 Day:8 ✔I did the exercises but I have some troubles while I'm doing crunches. Some kind of sound comes from my pelvis, like high heels sound. I searched for it and I think I'm gonna do hip mobility exercises from now on too :( ( bc google says so). I feel like I'm not doing it right and it's not gonna work but I'll be doing it anyways ( +Chloe has sweetest attitude and I feel like if I give up now she's gonna be disappointed for some reason😂😂 .) I feel this way bc my kicks are not strong like they were and I don't sweat like I used to + I did some moves slow and very unneat. So this account is on my dad's name . Let's leave that I am currently have done this workout for a month but on and off due to online school and all that stuff. Week one - you will not be able to walk properly and your legs will be sour Week 2 - you will see that your thigh size may drop 2 to 3 inches Week 3 - it will be easy and the results will increase Week 4 - the results will slow down and you probably wouldn able to see any difference . If not it means do this for 1 more month and add some cardio to it. My personal tips Mesure your thighs Eat healthy but don't do any crash or extreme diets Do not dare to skip a day of workout or your thigh will increase in size . Saying this from personal experience.once I did not work out for a week and my thigh from 27inh to 35inh . Hope you all found this useful.

You NEED to rest and do not workout at least a day, your muscles need to rest. If you workout and then u stop doing it for a week and u see they increased there’s a problem, cause they don’t gain size alone. Probably u began to ate like before so your body gained weight.

I just started the Lean Thigh Challenge! Waist: 36in Thigh: 22in Will update when I finish the challenge! Wish me luck! EDIT: Thank you for all your support! I'm finally done! But instead of finishing 30 days, I only did until day 28 because I felt like my muscles were getting bored with the routine/program. So basically, it was a 4 weeks challenge for me. RESULTS: BEFORE Waist: 36in Thigh: 22in Hips with Butt: 41.5 AFTER Waist: 34in Thigh: 20.5in Hips with Butt: 41.5 I'm satisfied with the results especially with my thighs. I still have a lower belly pouch, so I'm moving on to another program. I'm going to try the Flat Belly Challenge next! :)

5'3 and 116 lb 3/24/19 Day-1 tried but made it through the workout :) 3/25/19 Day-2 did the abs workout in the morning and finished the rest at night. I also got to walk a lot today. my butt and legs were very sore even though I stretched yesterday. 3/26/19 Day-3 I cheated today but don't worry I'm not gonna give up. I'm going to make today up on the next rest day.

Day 1: So I just finished day 1 and I felt really sore, of course I didn’t see any results but that regular, I ate Avacado toast for breakfast, funyuns and almonds for snack then I fasted. It’s already day 2, but I haven’t done my workouts yet. see you soon! Day 2. Just did it and I sweat, like a lot, I haven’t seen changes yet but I’m getting more hope for myself. Drank LOTS of water but not enough to drown myself. See you guys tomorrow! Started on 18th July Week One Day 1 ✅ I feel energetic after the workout. Day 2 ✅ All my muscles are in sore rn but I completed all the workouts. Day 3 ✅ My legs are killing me so I take longer breaks I hope it gets better tomorrow however, I did all the workouts p.s. I think the reason I was able to complete today's workout is there were no plank videos in today's schedule :D. Day 4 ✅ All my pain is gone, I'm really happy about that. I can move freely now :D I'm still taking longer breaks but not as much as the first day. Day 5 ✅ I did all the workouts with no breaks except bicycle crunches ugh I still can't do those things but I'm thrilled besides that. 2 days to the end of the week. Day 6 ✅ Today I was so clumsy, I couldn't even do a workout video without a longer break or a balance intact and I'm angry at myself because of this. I hope today just was an unlucky day for me. Last 1 day. Day 7 ❌ Today was a rest day I wanted to do the optional workouts but I didn't feel it. Week Two Day 8 ✅ I was so scared when I saw 5 videos just for today, although I did all of them :D. Plank video was a little bit challenging for me because I'm in week 2 now. Day 9 ✅ My heart beats went insane today, I saw 185bpm on my watch :O I did all the videos and the optional one too. Day 10 ✅ Wooo hook, I made to the two digits numbers. Today I went to a dietitian to check my weight and found out that I've lost 1.5 kg of fat which is 3.3 lbs since 18th July. I've felt very motivated :D Day 11 ✅ I've almost forgotten to write 'check' in here :P Normally it takes me to make workouts twice more times than their written time length but today I did all the workouts in that period time Day 12 ✅ Although I'm tired, I've done all the videos including the optional one and now I'm tired more than before :D DAY 13 ✅ I didn't have much energy today, I've done the workouts but think that I could have been more efficient :/ DAY 14 ❌ Today was a holiday in my country so we celebrated all day long. Should I do day 14 with day 15? Or just do day 14 tomorrow and move on like I didn't let today go? P.s. I found a way to sneak out of the house and went for a walk for half an hour or so Day 15 ❌ Today was a holiday too. Yesterday I wasn't at home, today I was but lots of people came by and I had to do babysitting to children of my cousins all day long. Day 14 ✅ I decided to move on from where I left so I'm here at day 14 instead of 16 :/ No hesitations 2 days is nothing 💪 Day 15 ❌ I don't wanna lose the track, but today I was out and I rode a scooter for 14km which is 8.6 miles and walked 14k steps but I'm gonna continue day 15 tomorrow and never lose the track again Note: I gave a week break for myself, I had to clear my head and am going to continue starting from today

Show me that you are here and we are fighting together because I am struggling sooo hard, I need somebody who feels the same haha 🍀1 - OMG, that was hard, I guess I am out of shape lol (* I did this + episode 2 + 10 minut abs workout from Chloe) 🍀2 - Still hard to do, I felt little dizzy when I was standing but I have done it yay (* I did this + episode 2 + 10 minut abs workout from Chloe) 🍀3 - I felt like giving up and I planned not to workout today but I thought that I shouldn’t give up so fast. Although I didn’t feel well today, I did lighter workout (I did episode 2 twice + glute isolations from blogilates + 10 ab workout) 🍀4 - Jeez, that was hard... First time doing episode 3 - that is sooo exhausting. Chloe, you almost got me dead lol. As you can see guys I am not entirely following the plan, because I need to modify some parts, but still, I am doing it! So you’re 5’5 and 110-111 lbs? I’m 5’5 and I feel like that’s an ok weight though. Anything lower than that would be too underweight for someone who is 5’5 at this point

I’m gonna update you guys x) Day 1 : It wasn’t that hard but I feel soo tired Day 2 : When I woke up this morning my butt was sooooo sore like it hurts so much T-T And maybe because my body was sore it was much more tiring than on day 1 but the exercices were a little easier and my legs are already a little tighter, that’s crazy xD Day 3 : Aahh I’m so tired omg for the last exercice I don’t know if my butt is supposed to touch the ground or not but it’s more tiring when not touching so I’m gonna try to do it like that and yeah this morning my body was less sore than yesterday thanks to stretching 🙏 Day 4 : So I travelled and did the workout at 2 am I’m tired and gonna go to bed right now because if I don’t I think I might collapse lmao Day 5 : Okay just did the workout I’m sooo tired but if it’s to have lean legs then I can suffer, my legs look the same but they’re a little tighter I think Day 6 : I’m tired it’s not less tiring to do these but some are easier to do, than my legs don’t look thinner but I started this challenge not even a week ago I’ll just wait and see x) Day 7 : My sister is so freaking annoying, she kicked me three times while I was working out. I’m annoyed but you know what that’s not a problem I’m gonna get the body I want no matter what Day 8 : Just finished it’s easier than before I think see you tomorrow Day 9 : So sorry I forgot to update two days but I did the workout though de so yeah it went well if I remember correctly x) Day 10 : It was yesterday and still no results maybe I should be careful with what I eat :/ Day 11 : I’m tired just gonna go do some stretching see you tomorrow Day 12 : Tireeed but proud I feel like my legs have toned up a little not sure though Day 13 : Like everyday, tired but I want pretty legs so I’ll continue to suffer Day 14 : Aahh Im tireeed but some exercices are Definitely easier to do and I felt less long I think, I also think I’m starting to see some changements in my legs, see you tomorrow 👋 Day 15 : Yeeaah we’re halfway there still tired but the first set is becoming easier and easier every week Day 16 : Did it see you tomorrow, I’m starting to lose motivation I hope I’m gonna make it to the end Day 17 : I need my mom to understand that while working out I CAN’T answer her questions about the clothes on my chair, tired, two weeks left :/ Day 18 :

Rebecca Ye Hi! I did the workout for about 3 months and no changes, you can try doing it since everybody has a different body type but I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience :/
