I feel the fight or flight mindset. I am prone to faffing around and finding everything stressful if I don't check in with myself. I have learnt that it is safe to slow down over the years and trust that there is enough time. I value this reflection that you share, the reminder to move from the head to the heart, and I will take my time to prepare a beautiful lunch today. Well wishes from Western Australia.

Just came back to confirm that I made myself a beautiful curry for lunch and sat outside to eat. I had a very stressful day yesterday and it's amazing how much making a shift to taking my time and taking care of myself has me feeling much better x
