Smoked and dried Slaviańska sausage - this is my idea of a sausage that could be made at that time. Not without a basic idea. The ingredients are what they were available in the times of the ancient Slavs, although the ones used by me are contaminated with the passage of time and the changes associated with it ... but, but ... it can also be so, because we are Slavs and descendants of ancient Slavs so it's inspired by tradition, but contemporary Slavic Sausage.
The spices used in the old days were available, and cutting, not grinding, allows you to make the sausage in appearance and taste, in my opinion, similar to those that were made the other day. # This sausage is not heat-processed, but smoked and dried for quite a long time, it looks great, smells amazing and has a great taste. It contains a lot of fat, so it will not suit everyone in this respect, but believe me - it would be worse without it. #Slavic sausage - I liked it very much. Take the knife.
