Smoked Escargot or Snails

Video tutorial on how to smoke a little delicacy called Escargot, or Smoked Snails.
Cook (Smoke) Time: Total of 30 minutes. 10 minutes smoked and 20 minutes smoked in a butter mix.
Cook/Smoking temperature: 250 deg.
Wood used for smoking in this video: Pecan (But you can use whatever you like. However, sweet fruit woods give the best flavor.)

Mason Jar
Measuring Cup
Splatter Screen (Bacon screen)
Baking Safe Cookware
Basic Ingredients:
Canned XL Escargots (Snails)
Red Wine
Pepper
Garlic Cloves
Shallots
1 Stick Salted Butter
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
Optional for a finish - Shaved Parmesan Cheese
