Smoked Spatchcock Chicken | Pellet Grill Smoked Chicken
Step by step instructions:
- Spatchcock the chicken.
- Apply chicken rub both inside and outside.
- Set your smoker up to 250 degrees and place your chicken.
- Smoke until internal temp reaches 165
- Appy bbq sauce in between
- Once it reaches 165, rest for 10 minutes
- Cut and serve
