I made a smoked version of my copycat Chipotle Barbacoa... I call this the weekend version.. It's a little extra work as opposed to the crockpot version. The little bit of extra work just makes for a great end product! Smoked on my Camp Chef DLX using Bear Mountain Oak Pellets. The barbacoa makes for excellent tacos, burritos, bowls and would go great on nachos too! Just in time for Cinco de Mayo! Enjoy!
