FYI, most of the time when they take your vids down it’s for one of two reasons... 1. They don’t like people using the actual music vid itself, although you can get away with it if you pause frequently and discuss... which leads me to number 2. Always pause frequently during your vid, whether you’re playing the actual video, the song with lyrics on it or just the song itself with a stagnant picture. You might have more luck that way. Keep at it! Love your vids!!

@@Seanadun Same here, it's a beautifully constructed pop song with a deep and haunting message - timeless. They were an intelligent and socially aware band but silly enough to keep it true to the early 80s backdrop of fun. They remind me a lot of NZ band Split Enz which I was completely obsessed with back then (first and only fan club membership!).

JB, this song isn't that old. That's good news because it means that good music is being made even now. This singer also did a duet with Taylor Swift on her song "Last Time" Go watch their live performance of it. It's good. I don't think you know that Taylor Swift is one of the best singer/song writers ever. I haven't seen you react to anything from her. Go listen to her song "Better Man (Little Big Town's cover), then listen to Sad-Beautiful-Tragic, All Too Well, Last Kiss, This Love, Cruel Summer, All You Had To Do Was Stay. Honestly every song she has written (and she's written EVERY single song on all 7 albums) has something. Start with her live performance of "Wildest Dreams" at the Grammy Museum 2015. There is good music still being made even now but you have to look for it. I'm 57 and grew up on all this music you are only just discovering, so I know good music when I hear it, but I've discovered some really good music being made now too. Don't despair! Artists like Harry Styles, who was heavily influenced by the music of the 60's and 70's is bringing that style back. Try Two Ghosts live at Abbey Road by him and you'll see what I mean. Then go listen to Kings of Leon's performance of Dancing on My Own live on BBC Radio1. That's a sumblime cover version of that great song by Robyn. Julia Michael's "Issues". Billie Eilish's SNL live performance of "I Love You" is perfection. Sooo beautiful.

What annoys me is your promoting the Artist etc,so why they give you such a hard time is ridiculous, I've really enjoyed your reaction to music your family and my generation grew up listening to. I had a record shop in Ireland in the 80s and one day someone came in the shop and flashed a PRS card, and I had to pay a licence for playing music in my shop, but is that not me promoting the music ? Hence making the record companies a fortune. Have a look back at some of the Artists who fought with big record labels over royalties etc. Snow patrol RUN is wicked.
