My request : how to quickly get out from Overthinking

There is no quick way to end overthinking. You need to practice it. However, you can try - Going out for running . Dancing . Talking to a friend. Listening to music. Pen down the thoughts running in your mind on a notebook, it will give clarity. Or directly addressing the issue which is bothering your mind.
